AFTERMATH OF HOUDINI'S DEATH 1927 - 1936

After Houdini's death there was much going on in different directions, his will was read and his massive magic book library was donated to the library of Congress. Rev Arthur Ford makes his appearance, Sir Conan Doyle bizarre claims continue, and the first book about Houdini after his death was released. Bess, Houdini's wife, was often visited by many spiritualist who claimed they had spoken to Houdini's spirit, but not one could give the correct code to Bess. Rewards were offered but after ten years of trying, Bess stopped the seances.
